This time last year, I was making plans for our five-year anniversary.

We would be going here:

Given anywhere in the world for a romantic getaway, we chose to bask in the sun on the temperate, heavenly islands of Greece.

We would fly in to Athens early in the week, taste the culture by venturing through Greece south toward the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, then spend a relaxing week lazing on the white sandy beaches, island-hopping from paradise to paradise, and eating our fill of rich, delicious Greek food.

…but I’m still hoping we can make that Greek vacation happen someday… 🙂
