Chattanooga and July 4th

Andy and I spent our first night away from the kid in Chattanooga this weekend and it was *fabulous!* I forgot how much I love sleeping until I’m done sleeping.

No I didn’t. I never forget that.

We rented a boat and spent a day on the Chattahoochee River, filled ourselves with tasty tapas and fancy desserts and didn’t have to organize our schedules around someone else’s naptime. What a perfect quickie vacation!

On the way home, we found out that Lifehacker, Andy’s favorite blog of all time, had picked up our post about our pantry lighting hack. We’re both sufficiently stoked about that.

I hope you’re all having a fantastic holiday. Happy Independence day, Americans!
