P.S. Erin brought it to my attention that the clip-art baby I used to represent our next child in the last post has mysterious yellow dots on its head. See?

She suggested it might be some sort of “devolved scalp version of an umbilical cord,” or maybe horns of some sort. I don’t know what kind of parent I’ll be to this baby if I don’t even notice its yellow horns, but in case you were already concerned that my baby has an odd deformity, I’d like to apologize for the disturbing oversight.

What do you think is wrong with that clip-art baby head?!

  1. I think his little blond eyebrows have just shot way up. He must have been VERY surprised by something. Maybe the idea that he’s been picked from clip-art heaven to be your next baby? Notice the wide “WHAT?!?!” eyes?

I also think, subliminally, you must have seen them, since you matched the “coming soon” color to them exactly. I think you blocked out the memory of them afterwards.

Just found your blog, and I’m really enjoying it!

  2. Or you know, baby on botox!

  3. I was thinking little blonde eyebrows to go with the blue eyes and to make up for the lack of hair 🙂

  4. It never crossed my mind that they might be eyebrows.

And you will be GREAT mommy to that baby, even if it comes out with eyebrows on the top of its head. 🙂
