My FAVORITE Christmas Tradition
We do this every year. My only regret is that we didn’t start it sooner!

We are definitely staring at a naked Christmas tree in our living room right now, but hopefully the decorating will start soon… ish? But I’ve been VERY productive in my pinterest-searching for Christmas-y inspiration. Have you started decorating yet?

Let's connect

  1. I’m partially decorated. Darn traveling killed my steam. And now work will also interfere. Sad. Can’t wait to see what you come up with this year!

  2. Looks beautiful! xo Kristin

  3. Love the decorating from years gone by and I can’t wait to see what you cook up this year for your home:) Somehow all the shopping on Black Friday usurped the traditional get-all-your-holiday-stuff-out.

  4. I am finally feeling the Christmas spirit thanks to some Christmas shop open houses this past weekend and some snow! I have to hold off to decorate until the weekend though- we have a Dec. 1st rule in our house. I’m jealous you have your tree up already!!

  5. I’m doing good just to have the tree up at this point. I have a DIY list of about a million things before we can actually put anything on it. The dining room is done though, so I can count that as a win! Thanks so much for stopping by the blog. Your comment was incredibly sweet (and hilarious). It’s good to know that I’m not the only one that’s awkward and has a toddler in a crib! Although I maintain I out-awkwarded you. 😉

  6. Awesome ideas, I just blew up my pinterest with this post! Thanks! 😉

  7. Love the mantle with the M wreath. So pretty!

  8. Love, love, love the M wreath…I may just have to make a K one!!!

  9. Add me to the list of people who are in LOVE with that M!!!

  10. The tree is in the house… and that is all. 🙂 Soon…
    xo Heidi

  11. Started yesterday and trying not to blow up my mantel. Besides that it’s all good. Thanks for some pretty eye candy! 🙂 Now off to stalk your pinterest board.

  12. Currently I am organizing a combination misc. Christmas craft/crap bin and making bigger messes than I feel like cleaning.

  13. Kelly, you have great creative ideas and such awesome talent! I pinned every single one of these wonderful ideas! I particularly liked the mantle with your mercury candlesticks and the big M! Gorgeous! And then to repurpose it to be a wreath for your front door… I love it!

What would I do without people like you in the world?! <3

  14. I’m kind of in love with that M on your mantel. I now need to make an R, lol.
I haven’t exactly started decorating, but I started to buy things and pull things out of the basement. Hopefully by next week I’ll be ready for Santa 😉

  15. I can’t wait to see your decorations for this year! All of these pictures are so gorgeous!

  16. That M wreath is to die for! Thanks for all the ideas!

  17. Gorgeous decorations – I just love the monogram, how beautiful!

  18. I really love the M, I would like to see more of the two beautiful things you and Andy made. Please let helpers behind the senes be seen more… lol Miss thier smiling faces. Weston did such a great job modeling the cow skin rug.LOVE AND MISS YALL.
